For as long as I can remember, I have been immersed in creating. Over time, I’ve recognized a common thread in my work. It often revolves around preservation, old crafts, purity, rawness, and earthiness. As a child, I was already engaged with flower presses, collections of stones, and other natural finds, each finding a new place in my world.
Like many, at some point life’s duties called, and I lived according to external expectations. After many years of hard work, this led to a burnout and Lyme disease. The life I was accustomed to came to a sudden halt. transformation unfold I attempted to recover and get back on track, but it was only when I dared to let go that a gentle, transformative magic began to unfold from within—bringing lightness, freedom, and, above all, sustainability. I realized that returning to the way things were was no longer an option.
By spending hours wandering through the forest daily, my hunger for creation naturally reemerged, manifesting in many forms. It does not confine itself to a single discipline. The various forms of creation coexist in symbiosis for me—from interior design to art and the art of tea.
This journey of life is for me a continuous act of creation, where the form is merely a vehicle for expression."
"In the stillness of the forest, I find the freedom to create, the clarity to understand, and the serenity to simply be."
